Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you complete command over your email accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new email box account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, create mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming emails based on certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just select the electronic mail account you wish to forward mails from, then specify the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
